1. Eligibility for Returns
We only accept returns under the following condition:
- The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, you must:
- Report the issue within 24–48 hours of receiving the product
- Provide clear photo or video proof of the damaged/incorrect item
2. Non-Returnable Cases
Please note that we do not accept returns or refunds in the following situations:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Customer no longer wants the product
- Incorrect usage or handling after delivery
- Products that are opened, used, or not in original condition (unless damaged on arrival)
3. Refund Policy
- Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, the refund will be processed via the original payment method or alternative agreed method within 5–10 working days.
4. Replacement Option
In case of damaged or incorrect items, customers may request a replacement instead of a refund, subject to stock availability.
5. Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to a damaged or wrong product, we will cover return shipping.
- For all other cases (if applicable), shipping costs are non-refundable.
